Dr. Jamie Cardwell

Dr. Jamie Lynn Cardwell brings 25 years of global expertise in ESL/EFL pedagogy, instructional methods, and educational leadership. Originally from Alton, Illinois, her career spans K–12 through adult education in diverse, multilingual settings across the U.S., East Africa, and the Middle East. Dr. Cardwell holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, an M.A. in English/TESL, a B.S. in Education, and the UK National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). A frequent speaker and contributor to international academic forums, she is dedicated to advancing curriculum standards and teacher development. She currently serves as Head of American and IB Curriculum at Emirates National Schools in Abu Dhabi.

Synopsis- Transform curriculum monitoring from a compliance checklist into a high-impact engine for teacher growth. In this hands-on workshop, school leaders master the Curriculum Triangulation Tracker to diagnose gaps across planned standards, delivered pacing, and student mastery. Participants will practice translating diagnostic data into bite-sized, tomorrow-ready action steps using the 5-Minute Coaching Card and establish a closed-loop accountability cadence that drives sustained instructional quality across departments.
