Alice Nazareth is a Dubai-based educator, researcher, author and curriculum designer with extensive experience in American-curriculum schools. She teaches AP Psychology, AP English Language and Composition, and Journalism, while leading initiatives in student research, TEDx, publishing and data-informed school improvement. Her work focuses on transforming educational evidence into responsive teaching practices that strengthen engagement and achievement. Alice has presented at regional and international education conferences, and her research on student engagement and artificial intelligence received a Best Paper award at the International Faculty Research Conference 2026.

Synopsis- Schools collect more student data than ever, but data does not improve learning unless it leads to purposeful action. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore a practical 10-day data cycle that combines assessment results, student work and classroom observations to identify specific learning barriers. They will learn how to move beyond scores and colour-coded spreadsheets to make responsive instructional decisions, plan targeted interventions and evaluate their impact. Participants will leave with a simple, repeatable process that can strengthen classroom practice, collaborative planning and professional learning communities.
