Synopsis- Lean Management in school improvement focuses on identifying and eliminating muda (waste)—activities that consume time and resources without adding value to student learning or school effectiveness. In schools, this can include unnecessary paperwork, duplicated processes, excessive approvals, waiting, inefficient movement, errors requiring rework, and underuse of staff expertise. The first step to eliminate these is to understand that - and why they exist.
