Synopsis- In Being a Visible Leader, Chelsea Wilson addresses the common “knowing–doing gap” that many school leaders face when it comes to being present and engaged across their campuses. Through practical strategies and reflective discussion, Chelsea helps leaders rethink how they manage their time and priorities to increase their presence in classrooms, hallways, and shared spaces. Participants will explore effective scheduling practices and visibility routines that strengthen relationships, enhance instructional insight, and build a culture of trust and collaboration. By the end of the session, leaders will be equipped with actionable tools to spend more time where it matters most—among their staff and students.
