Synopsis- In We Can All Lead Together, Crystal Goodwin guides senior leaders through an engaging and reflective session focused on cultivating leadership capacity across their schools. The workshop explores how effective mentoring and coaching can empower emerging leaders, strengthen school culture, and reduce senior leader burnout. Participants will unpack the distinctions between supervision, mentoring, and coaching, and analyze how each contributes to both individual and organizational growth. Through collaborative discussion and practical planning, leaders will define what successful mentorship and coaching look like in their own contexts. By the end of the session, participants will understand how intentional leadership development fosters shared ownership of the school’s mission, builds stronger teams, and sustains leader well-being.
