Engy is an international education consultant with over 17 years of experience in teaching and leadership roles in international schools. She has served as a homeroom teacher, PYP coordinator, and deputy head of primary. An IBEN member (Programme, Evaluation, and Workshop Leader), NEASC Lead Visitor, and certified Concept-Based Curriculum Trainer, Engy has led teams through authorizations and accreditations. She has designed and facilitated workshops for 1000+ educators, focusing on leadership, student agency and well-being. Engy holds a Master’s in Education and she is also a certified Happiness Coach.

Synopsis- In schools, initiatives often begin with energy and good intentions, but not all lead to meaningful or sustained impact. This interactive session invites educators and middle leaders to explore what makes initiatives successful, why some fail to endure, and how to align actions with real school needs. Participants will unpack the key principles behind sustainable school improvement, examine initiatives through a strategic lens, and gain clarity on their role as middle leaders in driving change. The session creates a reflective space for educators to connect their experiences with practical frameworks, ensuring that future initiatives are purposeful, impactful, and lasting.
