Heath Bailey

Heath Bailey is an accomplished educational leader currently in his 30th year in education, with a career spanning K–12 and higher education in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Heath currently serves as Director of Teaching and Learning and High School Principal at Dubai Modern Education School. He previously served as Principal at Elite Private School in Abu Dhabi and as the Founding Principal of Vernus International School in Dubai. Heath earned degrees in Business Administration, a Masters in Business Education, and holds K–12 Principal/School Supervisory Certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Heath is also a certified school inspector. After more than a decade of living, working, and raising his family in the United Arab Emirates, Heath considers the UAE home. He resides with his wife, Elle, and their daughter, Maya age 8.

Synopsis- Great leaders understand the importance of how they lead. In this highly interactive workshop, participants will explore their own leadership styles using the quadrant framework and examine how their natural tendencies influence communication, decision-making, collaboration, and team development. Through reflection and collaborative activities, leaders will identify their leadership strengths, recognize potential blind spots, and develop practical strategies for leading diverse personalities and building high-performing teams. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and actionable tools to strengthen leadership across their schools.
