Synopsis- In Think Like a Maker: Developing Blueprints in STEM, Jacquelyn Banks guides educators in exploring the core of high-quality STEM learning and the engineering design process. Participants engage in hands-on activities to design and build personalized STEM projects that can be immediately implemented in their classrooms. Through practical, inquiry-driven strategies, Jacquelyn demonstrates how short, engaging STEM tasks can be embedded into daily instruction to foster creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and student ownership. By the end of the session, educators leave equipped with a ready-to-use STEM lesson that promotes meaningful, real-world learning experiences.
