Synopsis- Sustainable curriculum change depends not only on what schools implement, but on how people experience, adopt, and embed change. This interactive workshop introduces the Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM) as a practical framework for empowering middle leaders to strengthen curriculum implementation, particularly within American curriculum schools. Participants will explore how Stages of Concern, Levels of Use, and Innovation Configurations can help leaders diagnose implementation needs, provide differentiated support, monitor changes in practice, and move teams from compliance toward meaningful and sustainable implementation that positively impacts teaching and learning.
