Jessica Fetsko is Head of English at Al Ghad Charter School in Abu Dhabi, where she leads curriculum development, instructional quality, and teacher coaching across Grades 8–12. With over a decade of international teaching and leadership experience, she specializes in literacy, data-driven instruction, and AI-integrated pedagogy. She is a two-time TESOL Conference presenter in the UAE and has facilitated at the Common Core Boot Camp, delivering sessions on AI-powered feedback, lesson planning, and instructional design. She is passionate about supporting educators in designing engaging, high-impact lessons that drive deeper, more meaningful student achievement.

Synopsis- This session moves beyond using AI tools for engagement alone and focuses on how leaders can leverage AI to drive meaningful improvements in student writing. Participants will explore a structured instructional model that combines cognitive progression with real-time data collection using tools such as Curipod and School AI. Through practical examples and guided application, leaders will learn how to support teachers in designing lessons that move students from surface-level responses to deeper analysis and stronger writing. This interactive session provides a clear, scalable framework for implementing AI-driven, data-informed instruction across classrooms.
