Synopsis- Culture as a Catalyst: Understanding why a school’s culture begins with the psychological safety of its staff. We argue that an environment where employees feel secure and valued is the only sustainable ecosystem for student safety.The Safety-Achievement Link: Analyzing the direct correlation between emotional security and cognitive performance. A child cannot reach their full academic potential unless their environment is fundamentally safe.Inclusion-Based Policy: Transforming safeguarding from a set of rules into an inclusive philosophy. We will discuss how to build policies that protect every stakeholder, ensuring that safeguarding is integrated into the very fabric of the school's identity.
