He has worked across EMEA, North America, and Africa, and has lived and studied in APAC. His expertise spans leadership development and human capital transformation across education, consulting, technology, and hospitality. He designs and facilitates experiential leadership programs grounded in adult learning principles, integrating practical frameworks with coaching-led reflection.
