Debra Alexander is a distinguished organizational development consultant, executive coach, and systems transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience across publicand private-sector organizations in the United States and internationally. As Principal and Senior Partner of Alexander Training and Consulting, she helps organizations strengthen leadership, navigate change, build high-performing teams, and establish sustainable systems for success. Deb has trained more than 100,000 participants and served as a senior coach with the Excellence in Government Fellows Program, where she helped design the program framework and experiential curriculum. She also serves on the faculty of Georgetown University's Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership Program. An active member of the Copperstone Education Board of Directors since 2024, Deb brings exceptional insight, energy, and transformational leadership to the Common Core Boot Camp stage.
